Duke University just released a new weight loss alternative. Instead of trying to lose weight just try not to gain any more lbs.
The new approach is called “maintain don’t gain.” The study looked at 197 Black women between the ages of 24-44. It found that your health risks could be reduced if you maintain your weight and don’t gain that 2 to 4 lbs per year.
