Last Wednesday a Los Angeles judge said there was enough evidence to move forward with the wrongful death lawsuit against concert promoter AEG Live. Micheal Jackson’s mother Kathryn and his children filed the lawsuit, in the death of the superstar. The judge unsealed documents last week which reveal an email that shows the concert promoter hired Dr. Conrad Murray. According to CNN , AEG executives were worried about the pop star showing up for rehearsals. In addition Jackson was in a fragile mental state and that executives should have foreseen that Dr. Murray would use dangerous drugs in treating Michael Jackson. Jackson died June 25, 2009 from an overdose of propofol, administered by Dr. Conrad Murray.
