In the seemingly never-ending battle between NBA star Dwyane Wade (pictured bottom) and his ex-wife, Siohvaughn (pictured top), the former miffed missus is now accusing the baller of both denying his children asthma medication and purposefully keeping her away from the kids.

Siohvaughn has just filed court documents accusing Dwyane of deliberately putting their two young boys’ lives at risk by not allowing them to obtain the proper medications for their chronic respiratory condition that can reportedly result in death if not properly managed.
Siohvaughn alleges in the legal papers that Dwyane ”has never obtained any asthma inhalers or asthma nebulizer machines for the children since [Dwyane] was awarded the children in his custody on March 11, 2011.”
According to Siohvaughn, both her boys, ages 5 and 10, require constant monitoring of their condition, so she is asking the courts to legally force Dwyane to become more involved with regards to their children’s medical conditions. She is also requesting that she be kept abreast of any treatments they receive.
