Halle Berry Gets Emergency Order Of Protection Against Ex [PHOTO]

You can just imagine that this story is going downhill fast. After the Thanksgiving Day altercation between Halle Berry’s ex and her current finance, Olivier Martinez, the actress now has a temporary order of protection against Gabriel Aubrey. TMZ is reporting that the restraining order will expire on Tuesday.  Gabriel was taken to the hospital but released after the fight.  Check out his injury (from TMZ)
