Bobby Brown Arrested Again for DUI

Bobby Brown has apparently fallen off the wagon. TMZ is reporting that the singer was arrested early Wednesday morning in Los Angeles for his second DUI this year. Bobby did check himself into a treatment center in March 2012 for alcohol abuse issues.
