R & B singer Chris Brown has been given numerous chances to pull it together but it looks like he doesn’t want to. He failed a probationary drug test in Virginia. He tested positive for marijuana back in June. The judge did not send him back to jail ….maybe because Brown has a medical marijuana card from the state of California. DUH!
