Clint Eastwood Talking To Empty Chair At RNC [VIDEO]

I happen to love Clint Eastwood movies but I was shocked, like millions by his speech or lack thereof at the finale night of the Republican National Convention in Tampa. Eastwood was talking to  an empty chair (which represented  The President of The United States) and rambled on for 12 minutes.
