A three-judge US District Court in Washington ruled that the Texas Voter ID Law (SB 14) imposes a strict an unforgiving burden on the poor and mniorities. The Texas Law would have required you to present a photo ID to election officials before you could cast your ballot in November. This is a huge win for the people. From the beginning this law was viewed as a way to supress minority voting rights in the upcoming Presidential election.
