Did Condoleezza Rice pass up the opportunity to partner with Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romneyas his VP nominee in favor of a modeling career? Nah! But, whatever the case, the NFL has just released publicity shots of Rice’s modeling debut as part of their new women’s wear apparel line, reports
The images depict Rice (pictured) in a fitted Cleveland Browns NFL jersey and in the nationwide campaign. The former U.S. Secretary of State who served under President George W. Bush claims that she “never miss[es] a game or a chance to show off [her] team colors!”
The NFL clothing line is making a calculated splash just as Fashion Week and the football season both going into full swing come September.
Rice, who ironically was engaged to a football player back in the 1970′s, is not alone as the face for the new sports line. The company has also enlisted such familiar faces as Serena Williams, Peta Murgatroyd from ”Dancing With the Stars,” Ivanka Trump and other female power players to represent their brand.
