Black Teens Report: Decline Of Sexually Risky Behavior, HIV Still A Threat

The National Risk Behavior Survey released by The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) analyzed 20-years of HIV related  behavior of high school students between 14-17.  The report showed overall teen sex has declined that is good news. However 40 percent of all new HIV infection are occurring in people under 30, that is bad news.
