Venus Williams Returns Wins First Round French Open

It was Venus Williams’ first match since she revealed she is suffering from an autoimmune disease (which can bring on severe joint pain and fatugue.) Williams’ return got off to slow start as her opponent came out aggressive early in the match. Venus was able to bounce back and advance to the second round on the French Open.
