Dallas Woman Cuts Off Man’s Penis

A Dallas woman is accused of cutting off a man’s penis before stabbing him to death.

Cristal Paulette Richardson, 28,faces a murder charge in the death of  Cedric Lamont Owens, 34, after he was found dead in a Motel 6.

Motel video surveillance showed Richardson one day earlier renting the room alone. About 4 on Saturday, a security guard said he heard man and woman “in a loud verbal and physical disturbance” in the third-floor room, police said.
