A recent survey from North Carolina State University found that waiter’s will discriminate against blacks because African- Americans are the worst tippers. The survey found that 0ne-third of servers admitted giving inferior service for this very reason. I have given a generous tip even when service was less than acceptable for this very reason. My goal is to break the stereotypical perception one meal at-a-time.
