For Your Health: Benefits of Vitamin D

I was watching Dr. Oz a few months back and learned so much about the benefits of Vitamin D.  There is a new book that has a great deal of valuable information. In fact,  90% of Blacks have critically low vitamin D levels. We are lucky in because we get large amounts naturally year round from the sun but that might not be enough.  (Always consult your Doctor before taking any supplements)
