Record and near record temperatures in the month of March have experts very concerned. According to weather.com (in nearly 21 instances) the nighttime record was higher than the daytime record. The count was 7775 daytime records and 7715 nighttime records across the country. This accounted for hundreds of locations setting all-time highs in the month of March.
