Multiple tornadoes left a path of destruction Tuesday afternoon throughout the DFW Metroplex. At this hour an unofficial estimate that as many as twelve tornadoes tore through North Texas and ripped roofs off homes and school buildings, damaged cars, and sent several 7- ton- tractor trailers flying into the air. Hardest hit areas that have significant damage and minor injuries reported are in: Lancaster, Arlington and Forney. Arlington Police report 150 homes were damaged in the storms.
