The children of a deceased member of iconic band, Earth, Wind & Fire, is suing creator Maurice White. Charles Stepney’s children claim they just recently discovered that their father never received royalties due for a string of hits he produced. One of the groups biggest hits “Devotion” was produced by Stepney. Charles Stepney died suddenly of heart attack during a session in the studio in 1976 according to soulwalking.
