A settlement has been reached with Bank of American,  J. P. Morgan Chase,  Wells Fargo, Citibank and Ally Bank. The US sued some of the largest banks for  foreclosure abuse and the housing crisis scandal that left many homeowners upside down in their mortgages.  So what is the catch? The agreement states they want to be released from any future legal liability.
